NewYolkCafe by C3 began as a small counter and a big idea: that a café should feel like the neighbourhood's living room. We learned our regulars' orders before we learned their names, and we've kept that habit ever since.

Today we still make everything in-house — from the first bake before sunrise to the last pour of the evening. Catering, beans, or a quiet corner seat: the door's open.
